Generation Lead is 3-month transformation journey for student leaders to learn how to integrate the tools they learned in Discovery and Unleashed in their daily life. Student leaders will focus on three core areas of their personal development: Teamwork, Leadership, and Contribution. Each weekend of Generation Lead (GL) will focus on one of these foundational distinctions. 

 

Weekend 1: Teamwork

Over the weekend, participants engage in a dynamic and transformative Leadership Program centered on teamwork, personal development, and strategic life planning. The immersive experience is aimed to equip student leaders with valuable leadership skills while fostering collaboration and self-awareness.

**Team Building through Ropes Course Challenge:**
The weekend kicks off with an exhilarating ropes course challenge designed to push participants out of their comfort zones and encourage collaboration. Student Leaders navigate through various obstacles, relying on teamwork, communication, and trust. The physical challenges serve as metaphors for overcoming obstacles in real life and reinforces the importance of mutual support.

**Strategic Life Planning Sessions:**
Participants delve into strategic life planning sessions where they create a comprehensive life plan covering key domains:

1. **Health:**
   - Participants set goals for physical fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.
   - Discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle for personal growth and leadership.

2. **Education:**
   - Set academic goals, identify study habits, and plan for future educational milestones.
   - Explore strategies for effective learning and time management.

3. **Relationships:**
   - Examine the dynamics of healthy relationships with family, friends, and peers.
   - Discuss communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution.

4. **Extracurricular Activities:**
   - Explore interests and passions beyond academics.
   - Set goals for involvement in clubs, sports, or other extracurricular activities.

5. **Spiritual/Personal Development:**
   - Reflect on personal values, beliefs, and spiritual growth.
   - Explore strategies for continuous self-improvement and mindfulness.

6. **Money/Finance:**

8. **Influence/Enrollment:**
   - Explore leadership and influence strategies.

**360-Degree Personal Assessment:**
Each student undergoes a comprehensive 360-degree personal assessment, evaluating their presence in the core areas of Generation Lead: Teamwork, Leadership, and Contribution. **Strategic Planning for Impact:**

The focus is on equipping student leaders with project management best practices.
